Returnable Items
Items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if they meet the following criteria:
- Faulty, Damaged, or Soiled Items: Products that arrive damaged, broken, or soiled.
- Incorrect Size or Color: Items received that do not match the ordered size or color.
- Unused and Unworn Items: Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that have not met your expectations within the 30-day window.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Outside Warranty Period: Items returned beyond the 30-day warranty timeframe.
- Used or Misused Items: Products that have been washed, worn, used, or show signs of misuse.
Shipping Costs for Returns
The refundability of shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- Refundable Shipping Costs: Applicable when the return is due to GTPLAYER’s error, such as incorrect shipment or product damage during transit.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Applies when the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons, including changing your mind or ordering the wrong item.
Returns Process and Time-Frame
To ensure a smooth and timely return process, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Ticket: If your item is eligible for return (as detailed above), please submit a ticket through our Support Center. Include your order number, product name, and the reason for the return.
- Receive RMA and Return Address: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours, providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and our designated return address.
- Ship the Item: Return the item as instructed on the RMA form. Please provide us with the tracking number and a valid return receipt as proof of shipment.
- Processing and Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will notify you via email and arrange for an exchange or refund within 3 business days.
Please allow our after-sales team 3-6 business days to process your request. Subsequently, refund processing times vary:
- Credit Card Refunds: Expect the transaction to appear on your statement within 7-14 business days.
- PayPal Refunds: The refund should reflect in your PayPal account within 48 hours.
- Wallet Refunds (Store Credit): Your store credit balance will be updated within 24 hours.
Please note: If the return is due to customer reasons, a return fee of £20 will apply, covering return shipping, restocking, racking, and operational costs. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the customer will not be responsible for any shipping fees.
