Cancellation and Refund Policy
The class policy includes:
- Full refund with at least two weeks’ notice before the class start date.
- Fifty percent refund with one week’s notice before the class begins.
- No refund if cancellation occurs less than one week before the start date or after the class has already begun.
- Transfers to another class are treated as cancellations and follow the same refund terms.
If a class must be canceled by the organizers, a makeup session will be scheduled. While every effort is made to preserve the original timetable, refunds are not available if participants cannot attend a makeup class.
