Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on most U.S. orders. For orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST, containing only specified, qualified items, same-day shipping is available. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date. Please note that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 7 days. For faster delivery, you can select Expedited Shipping at checkout; please be aware that expedited shipping charges will apply. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free international shipping.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipment. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If an order is placed after 1:00 PM EST, it must be canceled before 10:00 AM the following day. Cancellations or refunds for delivery fees cannot be processed after 1:00 PM EST. Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days. Kindly include your name and order number, and we will provide a return label.
Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely. If your package was damaged during shipment, please retain the box and merchandise. Notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide a return label for inspection. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, it will be replaced and shipped to you as soon as possible.
