Shipping and Returns Policy for the Texas Capitol Gift Shop

The Texas Capitol Gift Shop offers a variety of shipping options for customers within the contiguous 48 United States. Our standard shipping is a flat rate, calculated based on the total weight of your items and the carrier’s weight-based shipping tables. Orders eligible for flat rate shipping will be dispatched via USPS or FedEx, at our discretion. For expedited services, including FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Next Day, your order will exclusively ship via FedEx. You can view detailed shipping rates by clicking here.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses, we utilize USPS. These shipments are handled individually, considering factors such as weight, size, and the total cost of the items. For specific inquiries regarding these shipping options, please contact us directly at 1-(888)-678-5556 between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST, or reach out to us via email at [email protected].

The Texas Capitol Gift Shop accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the original packing slip. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment for the merchandise amount, excluding any shipping or service fees.

Please note that items purchased at a promotional price are not eligible for return and repurchase at the discounted rate. For health and safety regulations, pierced earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Damaged or defective multimedia products such as CDs and DVDs may be exchanged for an identical item but are not eligible for a refund. However, new, unopened multimedia products in their original sealed packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with the original packing slip. All sales of Art of Texas custom prints are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives with damage, missing items, or if we have shipped the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 888-678-5556. In cases of shipping damage, it is crucial to retain all original packaging material, as this is necessary for UPS to investigate the cause of the damage.
