The Texas Capitol Gift Shop accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the original packing slip. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment for the merchandise amount, excluding any shipping or service fees.
Please note that items purchased at a promotional price are not eligible for return and repurchase at the discounted rate. For health and safety regulations, pierced earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Damaged or defective multimedia products such as CDs and DVDs may be exchanged for an identical item but are not eligible for a refund. However, new, unopened multimedia products in their original sealed packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with the original packing slip. All sales of Art of Texas custom prints are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
